Early access · for independent restaurants, bars, cafés & pubs

The delivery app takes up to 30% — of food you cooked.

DoorDash and Uber Eats charge 15–30% of every order, and the customer who ordered your food last Friday belongs to the app, not to you. We build your own ordering and reservation page on your own Stripe, and run the ads that fill it. Regulars order direct, and the cut stays in your kitchen.

The problem

The marketplace cut: 15–30% of every order

The delivery apps price their plans so the visibility you need sits in the expensive tiers — and every repeat order from the same regular is charged the commission again, because the app owns the relationship, not you. On restaurant margins, a quarter of the ticket is the difference between a good month and a bad one.

The number: DoorDash's published rate card charges restaurants 15% (Basic), 25% (Plus) or 30% (Premier) commission per delivered order, plus about 6% on pickup orders. Our calculator uses 25%. Source: merchants.doordash.com

The fix

Own it.

Your own ordering & reservation page

Your menu, your photos, your table availability, your policies — on your own domain. Pickup, delivery or a table on Friday: the customer books in one scroll.

Your own Stripe

Customers pay you directly — order ahead, deposit for a large table, or pay at the door. We never hold funds.

Your customer list

Every order and reservation lands in your own list — name, email, history. The regular who orders every Friday is yours now, and the app gets nothing next time.

Ads that fill it

Optional Managed Growth: we run Meta and Google ads for your neighbourhood and your slow nights, and report monthly on commission you didn't pay.

What are DoorDash, Uber Eats and SkipTheDishes costing you?

Drag the sliders to your business. This is the math we'll do together on the first call — with your real statements.
The marketplace cut, every year
$8,064
$672 per month, at 25% delivery-app commission
Shift 15% of bookings direct, keep
$1,210 a year, every year
Fee figure: merchants.doordash.com. Assumes a conservative 15% shift to direct in year one.
That's the gross commission. Your subscription — and any ad spend — comes out of it, so we show you the net on the first call. Estimate, not a quote: we redo this with your real statements, and if it doesn't pay, we'll say so.

Questions

Asked a lot.

Do I have to leave DoorDash and Uber Eats?

No. Most restaurants keep the apps as one channel — they're good at finding new customers. The goal is that your regulars order directly from you, so the 15–30% stays in your kitchen.

Does the page handle table reservations too?

Yes. Table availability and reservations live on the same page as pickup and delivery ordering — one link you own, instead of three you rent.

Who holds the money?

You do. Customers pay your own Stripe account, and we never hold funds.

What does early access mean?

We're onboarding a limited number of first restaurants and bars, closely, at early-access terms. You get more of our attention — and our honesty that this industry is new for us. Ask on the call.

Do you run the ads?

Yes, with Managed Growth — Meta and Google ads aimed at your neighbourhood and your slow nights. Ad spend is separate and paid by you directly to the ad platform.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, with one-click export of every customer record if you ever leave.
